Shipping and Fulfillment

Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship out your order out within 5 business days of placing order and order will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and tracking details inside.

All our transections use US Dollars $ as currency.

 

How do I track my order status?

You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:

1. Go to shipping courier provider

2. Enter your tracking number.

3. Press "Track now" to process

 

If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, please do not panic. This means that your parcel was just picked up by our respective courier partner and it is not scanned into the system yet. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping

Please contact us at muskegoncountyrepublicans@gmail.com with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

 

When will I receive my Order?

After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

In Metro areas: 5 - 7 working days (except Sunday and holidays)

In Non-Metro areas: 5 - 10 working days (except Sunday and holidays)

 

Overseas Delivery

We do not ship internationally.

 

Missing Parcel or Delivery

Please reach out to us at muskegoncountyrepublicans@gmail.com if you find some items missing in your parcel with your order number and the missing item's name. We will investigate the matter for you right away.

 

Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.

 

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.

 

Can you deliver the package to my office?

We will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

 

***We try our hardest to meet all delivery times, but, very occasionally, there may be delays, especially during busy periods (including sale). Other factors that may influence shipping times include delivery partner delays, traffic delays, logistics, bad weather or if our delivery partners are unable to access the delivery address. We’ll keep you as updated as we can, though, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
