The rating system is as follows:
Five Stars ***** –Understands the economic issues that impact the business community and is ready and able to stand up for businesses to help create jobs and prosperity for Muskegon County
Four Stars **** – Understands a number of the economic issues that impact businesses and will stand up for businesses when necessary to help Muskegon grow and prosper
Three Stars *** – Needs to be educated on the issues facing businesses but is open to listening to the concerns of businesses
Two Stars ** – Is not interested in learning about the issues impacting businesses
One Star * – Provided a complete questionnaire but did not interview
No Stars – Would not speak to the Chamber about business issues or concerns
